Late Arrival

Arriving 20 minutes after your appointment may result in a shorter treatment time. This is necessary in order for us to provide to you a fully effective treatment and to stay on schedule to accommodate our next scheduled appointment.

We want to be able to provide the best and effective service for you. Please be aware that shortened treatments will remain the same price and will not be reduced.

 

Reschedule/Cancel/No Show Appointment

Our clients' appointments and time are very important to us and are reserved especially for you. We completely understand that there are unexpected things that can come up without our control. If you need to reschedule or cancel an appointment, please inform us at least 48 hours before your scheduled appointment. Failure to inform us within the time frame, a fee of $50 will be added to your next visit.

 

Sanitization and Sterilization

At Self Care Beauty Lounge, we take cleanliness and sanitation very seriously. At our studio, we use professional medical grade disinfectants, sanitizers, and sterilants. All tools are thoroughly cleaned after every treatment and is placed in an UV sterilization container for 20 minutes after ever use.

Clean linens are used for each client and is never reused. Disposable coverings are also used for each appointment for extra protection.

 

If you are feeling sick...

Keeping a safe and germ free environment for our clients is a huge priority for us here at Self Care Beauty Lounge. We kindly ask clients to please cancel and reschedule their appointment if they are not feeling well and have any kind of contagious viral or bacterial infection. Please make sure you are 100% better before rescheduling your appointment.

 

Method of Payment

At Self Care Beauty Lounge we accept Cash, Visa and Mastercard. 

Refunds

All services and skin care products are non-refundable.

The Medical Aesthetician or Self Care Beauty Lounge may reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for inappropriate behaviour, illness listed as contraindications for services or as deemed necessary. The client also has the right to stop the treatments at any time. The Medical Aesthetician and Self Care Beauty Lounge assumes no responsibility for any disclosed or undisclosed illness or personal injury.
