Appointments Only

Self Care Beauty Lounge operates by appointment only. We do not accept walk-ins.
All services must be booked in advance to allow for proper consultation, preparation, and to ensure each client receives our full attention and care.

 

Late Arrivals

We kindly ask that you arrive on time for your scheduled appointment. Arrivals 20 minutes or more past your appointment time may result in a shortened treatment or rescheduling, in order to respect our schedule and accommodate our next client.

 

Rescheduling, Cancellations & No-Shows

Your appointment time is reserved especially for you, and we truly value your time as much as ours.

We understand that unexpected situations may arise. If you need to cancel or reschedule, we kindly request a minimum of 48 hours’ notice.
Cancellations or reschedules made with less than 48 hours’ notice, as well as no-show appointments, will incur a $50 fee, which will be added to your next visit.

 

Sanitation & Sterilization

At Self Care Beauty Lounge, your safety and wellbeing are our top priority. We adhere to strict sanitation and hygiene protocols at all times.

  • Medical-grade disinfectants and sanitizers are used throughout the studio

  • All tools are thoroughly cleaned after each treatment and placed in a UV sterilization unit for a minimum of 20 minutes

  • Fresh, clean linens are used for every client and are never reused

  • Disposable coverings are used for each appointment for added protection

 

Illness Policy

To maintain a safe and healthy environment for everyone, we kindly ask that you reschedule your appointment if you are feeling unwell or experiencing symptoms of a contagious viral or bacterial illness.

Please ensure you are fully recovered before returning for treatment.

We accept the following forms of payment:

Refund Policy

All services and skincare product purchases are final sale.
Refunds are not available under any circumstances.
